Fire Safety Training Session Held at Bacha Khan Medical College Marda

A comprehensive fire safety training session was conducted today at the main auditorium of Bacha Khan Medical College in collaboration with Rescue 1122.

The training session was attended by MBBS, CMT, and Nursing students to enhance their awareness and practical knowledge regarding fire emergencies and safety measures in hospitals and healthcare institutions.

The Rescue 1122 team included Emergency Officer Fazli Manan, SHI Rahman Zeb, Farhad Ali, Fire Instructor Muain Shehzada, and Training Wing In-charge Abrar Ahmad, who delivered detailed demonstrations and guidance on fire prevention, emergency response, evacuation procedures, and the proper use of firefighting equipment.

Associate Dean Prof Dr. Mohtasim Billah and Dr. Muhammad Israr were also present during the informative session and appreciated the efforts of Rescue 1122 for organizing such an important awareness activity for medical students.

The speakers highlighted the significance of fire safety training for healthcare professionals, emphasizing that medical students must be well-prepared to respond effectively during emergency situations in hospitals.

The session concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the valuable contribution of the Rescue 1122 team and all participants for making the training successful and beneficial.
