  • Recruitment and Selection: Managing the hiring process to ensure the college is staffed with highly qualified medical, academic, and administrative professionals.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the onboarding of new hires, maintaining comprehensive personnel records, and managing the retirement or separation process.

  • Performance Management: Coordinating annual appraisals and performance evaluations to ensure professional growth and institutional efficiency.

  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring all HR activities comply with the MTI Act, institutional bylaws, and labor regulations.

  • Leave and Attendance Management: Monitoring staff attendance, processing various types of leave, and maintaining the HR Management Information System (HRMIS).

  • Professional Development: Supporting faculty and staff through coordination of training programs and career progression pathways.
