Bacha Khan Medical College is the first Public Sector Medical Colleges to be recognized in the first year of its establishment by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council in 2010.
The Medical College at Mardan was inaugurated on 1st January 2010. The college is also affiliated with KMU Peshawar since 2010.
